Grados y Posgrados Villanueva, S.A., official owning body of Universidad Villanueva, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of:
- All the websites published under the domain villanueva.edu (hereby called, the web portal).
- All materials published on the portal, including, but not exclusively, texts, images, photos, drawings, brands or logos, structure and component design of each page that comprises the whole website, as well as color combinations, source code of the programs that generate the composition of the pages and the necessary software for its operation, access and usage are either an exclusive property of Universidad Villanueva or yielded under the trademark of the provider.
Clients and users are reminded that the rights of Universidad Villanueva over the content, design and source code of this web page are protected under the current international and Spanish legislations in relation tointellectual and industrial property.
